Order processing

Orders are processed each working day once payment has been received.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout, as we may not be able to amend the address once your order has been processed or dispatched.

Standard delivery

All other products are sent using our standard delivery service.

Standard delivery usually takes 10–15 working days after dispatch.

Delivery times

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, high order volumes, customs checks, public holidays or circumstances outside our control.

We will do our best to keep you updated if there are any significant delays.

Shipping costs

🇬🇧 UK delivery: £5 for orders under £50, free shipping on orders over £50.
🇪🇺 EU delivery: €5 for orders under €50, free shipping on orders over €50.
🇺🇸 International delivery: $10 for orders under $50, free shipping on orders over $50.

Multiple-item orders

If your order contains more than one product, your items may arrive separately, especially if they are shipped from different locations.

Incorrect delivery details

Please check your delivery details carefully before placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided at checkout.

Lost or delayed orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at sales@thelittlepaintsociety.co.uk with your order number.

We will look into the issue and help resolve it as quickly as possible.
